Sociologist Ronald Lawson is cited in the May 3, 2011 issue of Christian Century comparing the membership dropout rate of Adventists, Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses.[1-3]

Of these three religious groups Lawson says Adventists have the best retention success with a 35 percent dropout rate of baptized members.
