In year 1972 the Watchtower organization revamped its Kingdom Ministry School for Elders to begin training a whole new generation of men to run congregations as a body of elders.[1] The textbook for this school was not distributed for elders to take home as were later textbooks.[2]
Page 8 of the course book for this school contained the two-week schedule. It looked like this:
